ODB++ Inside not working

I'm trying to export ODB++ Files from Cadence but it doesn't appear o be working as it gives an error.

I'm running Cadence 17-4 and have tried installing ODB Inside cadence Allegro 115 and 2305

The error message states brd2odb.exe has errors

Has anyone seen this issue and know how to resolve
