DB Doctor download?

Hi everybody,

I have the same problem with Orcad Pcb designer 23.1.

The message:

Cannot load symbol 'SMR0805'

because WARNING(SPMHUT-127): Could not find padstack SM_LLB_PAD5_1.

The design was last saved using version 16.5 and must be updated using DB Doctor

This appears with all Footprints and Padstacks in my own library. The solution is: run DBdoctor for all Footprints.
Is there a way to check (dBDoctor) all files (dra. or pad.) at once?

Hi JuriV, try searching for the allegro_uprev utility. You can type into the windows command prompt: "allegro_uprev -help" for a detailed breakdown of the utility

I use Orcad PCB Designer and I Think allegro_uprev utility is not licensed. But it's possible to use DBDoctro for complete directory. The path must be entered manually e.g. :\Cadence\Allegro\Footprints\*.*. All Files in the library will be checked. After then thats works error free.
