I have this error when I try to open a symbol from a library created with orcad 16. I don't have any dbdoctor and I need your help to solve it

    Hi nuPoli2023, if you have the Allegro installation then you should have dbdoctor.  Assuming you are using a windows installation, please check by going to the "run" app in windows and enter "dbdoctor_ui". 

    This should also be available in your start menu if you type "dbdoc" you should see an icon "PCB DB Doctor 20yy" or "PCB DB Doctor 17.4" depending on your installation. 

    The ui should look like this:

    Please go to your installation folder. You will find all programs in the subfolder "\tools\bin". You are looking for the .exe called "dbdoctor_ui.exe".

    It should also be possible to simply search for dbdoctor from the windows start menu if you have Allegro fully installed.
