DB Doctor 23.1 Download

I am running 23.1-2023-S001 of OrCAD and would like the DB Doctor file. Can you please email it to me?

    I am using 23.1 SPD and when I run DBdoctor. I get the following errors: 

    Performing UPREV on the database - C:/Project/STRONGHOLD/s_r218t919m218_919.pad
    ================================================================================
    Performing dbdoctor16 to bring DB up to REV16
    ------------------------------ Terminal Output ---------------------------------

    C:\Project\STRONGHOLD>echo off
    '"C:\Users\xxx\Cadence"' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
    operable program or batch file.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    ERROR: Uprev of revision to REV16 found errors.
    ================================================================================
    Performing dbdoctor17 to bring DB up to REV17
    ------------------------------ Terminal Output ---------------------------------

    C:\Project\STRONGHOLD>echo off
    '"C:\Users\xxx\Cadence"' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
    operable program or batch file.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    ERROR: Uprev of revision to REV17 found errors.
    ERROR: Uprev of design failed.

    I replaced account name with xxx. 

    The design was last saved using 16.5.

    I can open the .dra file using Allegro but when I try to place the footprint on a .brd file I get error that .pads cant be found

    Hi Nianjan, but are those pad files available in the padpath folder? If not available in the design database already you will need those pad files exported and present in the relevant folder. Hope this helps

    Hi John,

    They are in the same directory. Surprisingly when asked the vendor to provide with Version 17.2 or later version those I was able to upgrade to 23.1.

    Hi john,

    We are trying to update an old board file saved using 16.6 on our 23.1 Version and get following error on DB Doctot

    Performing UPREV on the database - E:/g/MYB-YG2LX-V10-230406.brd
    ================================================================================
    Performing dbdoctor16 to bring DB up to REV16
    ================================================================================
    Performing dbdoctor17 to bring DB up to REV17
    ERROR: Uprev of design failed.

    Please help resolve this issue
