PCB Editor 23.1, File -> Plot Setup -> Scaling factor have some issues

The 'File --> Plot' function of Allegro PCB Editor 23.1 seems to have some issues. I set the Scaling factor to 1 in 'File -- Plot Setup',

but when using Plot Print Preview, it still displays in the form of fit to page,

This is working for me. I usually set this first in File - Plot Setup but can also adjust this in the File - Plot Preview window so make sure you are running the latest hotfix for the version of software you have. 17.4-2019 S039, 22.1-2022 S008 or 23.1-2023 S001. You can check from Help - About.

Yes, I first set A3 in the File - Plot Setup，The picture above is just to show you the paper size I currently set. This problem currently appears in 23.1-2023 base and 23.1-2023 S001. In the previous version of 22.1-2022 S008, I tried without this issues. If you also installed this version, you can test it.

There appears to be nothing to solve - this just works!! A3 Portrait set, scaled to 1 in Plot Setup....
