Thank you for your answer. Usually, when I print a PCB using a 1:1 ratio, I choose "Sheet contents" as the "Plot contents". You can test it when it's convenient for you.

I tested that selecting the ‘Screen contents’ option does not achieve a 1:1 printing effect, even if the Plot scale factor is 1, because it seems to be closely related to the preview size of the screen. You can compare it with previous versions v16.6-2015, and you will find that both ‘Screen contents’ and ‘Sheet contents’ have issues in the 1:1 printing function.
