PCB Editor 23.1, File -> Plot Setup -> Scaling factor have some issues

The 'File --> Plot' function of Allegro PCB Editor 23.1 seems to have some issues. I set the Scaling factor to 1 in 'File -- Plot Setup',

but when using Plot Print Preview, it still displays in the form of fit to page,

Hi Jinzhifeng, after various discussions with our development team I can now confirm that we are working on this scaling issue as a matter of priority. The change reference is CCR2954776. This change is expected to take effect in the releases "23.1 05" and "24.1 00"
