After upgrading my Windows from Windows 11 21H2 to Windows 11 22H2,I met a very strange error.Allegro X 17.4-2019 PCB Editor doesn't respond when launching. However,Capture CIS is normal.I tried upgrading my NVIDIA GPU driver or disabling OpenGL, but noting worked. It just froze, and taking no CPU usage percentage.

Hi, could you go to the folder C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\SPB_Data\ and please try rename the pcbenv folder with a different name of your choosing. All Allegro tools should be closed. Now when you reopen Allegro, a new pcbenv folder will be created. Can you test and let us know if the program now launches correctly?  Additionally, I have seen cases following an update that were resolved by several restarts of the machine just to get Windows to initialise correctly.

    Hi John T,

I am also experiencing the same issue. I have the same version on Windows 11. However, the solution you provided din does not solve my issue.

I also read an article similar to this issue but did not work. Link: PCB Editor not responding when it starts - Allegro X PCB Editor - PCB Design & IC Packaging (Allegro X) - Cadence Community

I am hoping for your help.

    Thank you in advance.
