Hi

What report should i run to find out these unconnected Clines?

Running Dangling lines report does not help as they are not connected to any pin. These Clines remained there after i deleted some portion of circuit in Capture.

    Hi

In capture when doing an ECO there is an option to generate the netlist that includes "Allow Etch Removal During ECO" that works good. Basically any etch
that does not match the netlist of the ECO will get removed.

Had you tried that option ?

    All the best.
