Allegro. create Asymmetrical KEEPOUT area around CONNECTOR in Constraint MANAGER

I want to create an asymmetrical KEEPOUT area around a connector (Conn1) inside CONSTRAINT MANAGER; which is the best way to do it?

In Constraint MAnager > SPACING > REGION >> I create a SPACING_Region and define minimum spacing to SMD but in this case also Conn1 will rise a DRC violation

best solution is just to add any number of HOLES inside the KEEPOUT area so no DRC will be rosen
