Does OrCAD have an interactive HTML BOM feature like Kicad?

One way to generate BOM in OrCAD PCB Editor is by going to menu Export> Quick Reports> Bill of Material Report, however this BOM report generated won't be an Interactive BOM Report

For Interactive HTML BOM feature in PCB Editor, you may want to explore Variant BOM application which offers the ability to create reports for the core design.
This report can be obtained using the Allegro Productivity Toolbox product option which needs to be purchased separately. The report can be obtained using the Productivity Toolbox's "tbx varibom" command.

Variant BOM is a general purpose report generator. Thus it can be used to generate reports also on designs where no variants were specified.

Three different file formats can be specified- a formatted text file, a csv file and an HTML file can also be generated, and click on 'Show Report' against HTML format while generating the BOM Report which opens it in a separate window wherein you click on any Refdes from the report and the corresponding Refdes gets highlighted in the OrCAD PCB Editor design canvas.

Variant BOM can be started from Pulldown menu in Allegro or by entering the command tbx varibom in the commmand window of Allegro itself.
