Global Line Width Change

Hello,

I wanna change some of my line width globally. I have heard about cwidth, but I dont know to use it. When I write it in command line, Encounter with command not found.

Any help?

    Hello there,

    First of all, be aware that changing line around shapes could lead to unexpected results,so you might want to move the shapes outside the board.

    Secondly, you might also want to disable DRC check to improve speed.

    Now, to your problem, if you don;t want to go down the path of the SKILL scripting, you can use query to do acomplish this. This is somehow in line with what was mentioned below, but I think it is closer to what you need:

    in orcad pcb interface (not presto) edit->change

    under optiond do the changes as you need

    on the find tab, click select Find by Query

    select clines or cline segments from the objects list

    from the fields select what you need (nets) and move it to the right

    double click Net Equal To "*"

    select the nets you want to be affected amnd move them to the right pane

    select (you can hold shift) the items from the table to change the width

    you might need to rerun the query a few times. it may look chaotic when you first try to use it.
