how to copy a part of design

Hello,

I’ve designed a PCB prototype, but the final version will have a different board size. I've already completed the routing for key components like the CPU and RAM. Is it possible to copy those sections into the new PCB layout to avoid redoing the routing?

Regards,

    Use Export / Sub Drawing.

I export symbols, clines, vias, and any shapes.

When you import the sub drawing, the symbols will be dummy parts. just use swap/component to swap the dummy parts with the real parts.

Any copper shapes you import will not have a net assigned. Just select the shape and assign appropriate net.
