report file

masamasa 3 months ago

hello:

some report files have the xy locations which have a link to the exact location.

for instance i can click the xy coordinates highlighted in blue and automatically i am pointed into the location.

however, some other report files do not have a locational link.

for instance, there are xy coordinates on the report file without a link to the location as shown below.

is there a way to list up the xy coordinates with a link to the locations on all report files?

regards

masa

I am not aware of any automatic way to change from the 'old'  comma separated report format to the 'new' space separated report format

I wrote the attached skill routine to convert the old format (.rpt) into the new format (.log):

to use it you need to run the following commands:

    skill 'load "rpt_update.il"'

    skill rpt_update

    rpt_update.zip

I made a few changes to show the missing data as ""

    6215.rpt_update.zip

thank u, david, to create the skill code.

however, i do not know how to use it unfortunately.

i created a repoty file and then ran the skill code.

it gives me an error as follows

    DataLine = "<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC \"-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN\" \""">www.w3.org/.../loose.dtd\">\n"

maybe i should save it as a differernt format.

    regards
