How to add a white rectangle with black text in top silkscreen layer?

Using OrCAD X PCB Professional (OrCAD X 24.1).

I've been using Allegro in it's various revisions for many years, but this is the first time I have run into this: a client wishes for me to provide a small white rectangle on the top layer SS with black text inside the rectangle. How can this be done? I have tried using add>frectangle and then in display>assign color I assigned the color white to it, it shows up as white in the editor but not certain how it will turn out. Is there a known/approved methodology to add a colored rectangle with colored text to a SS layer? And also how about adding color for text, the display>assign color will not allow selection of text? Or must this all be specified in the fab drawing notes for fab house to implement?

Thanks.

Hi, usually this is a dual process and is carried out either by the board manufacturer or it could take the form of a stamp that is applied at the assembly house
    in the white silkscreen area.

The easy road is to create a shape rectangle on the silkscreen and then add a fab note to indicate the location of the text within the rectangle. The Assembly house
would add the text that is needed in black or any suitable color.

You could also for the text create a new subclass on the "Board Geometry" Class and call it "SilkScreen2" and add the text there so it shows up in the PCB Editor.
Look under "Setup > Subclasses to do this.

    Best Regards.

If you want "black" as the colour, you would need a stamp, but you can "reverse" text in PCB Editor to show a "box" in the Silkscreen colour and have the Soldermask colour shown, as described in this note: https://www.parallel-systems.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/Reversing_text.pdf

The fab house was ok with the original method suggested  in first response, so I went with it. Thanks!
