Solder mask to shape/PAD/Cline spacing problem

Hi there,

I am having troubling in DRC error in my design while practicing a very basic circuits in Allergo PCB designer.

I think I am missing some setting in solder mask to shape spacing.

Take a look 

The purple one showing the solder to mask spacing problem and  green and blue one showing solder mask to PAD-Cline  spacing problem.

Help me to overcome these problem kindly.
