Automatic PCB Router crashes on startup

Hi, i get the following error when starting autorouter in allegro. 

I tried a reinstallation - this does not give a solution. Further the specctra files are both created, but empty. 

Same project works without any problems on another system. My HW is a HP omnibook with amd ryzen ai 9. The other Laptop is Intel I5.  May this be the problem?

    When you install the software, choose all options even if you don't have a license for them. Hopefully after a new install all will work ok.
