Automatic PCB Router crashes on startup

Question

Hi, i get the following error when starting autorouter in allegro.

I tried a reinstallation - this does not give a solution. Further the specctra files are both created, but empty. 
 Same project works without any problems on another system. My HW is a HP omnibook with amd ryzen ai 9. The other Laptop is Intel I5. May this be the problem?

I got this reply from support: 
 Starting from version 22.10 ISR09 , the Cadence SPB installer no longer includes the "Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable Package (x86)" that are required for the SPECCTRA/Automatic Router to run. Users are expected to install it manually. 
 When this redistributable is missing, launching SPECCTRA&mdash;either through "Allegro > Route > PCB Router > Route Automatic" or directly via "spectra.exe" from the installation folder&mdash;results in a crash with error code -1073741701 , and both spectra.log and spectra.did files will be empty. This issue primarily affects new users installing Allegro for the first time, especially version 24.1. 
 Please check if the user has re-distributable installed in his system. Check Control Panel > Programs and Features. 
 Currently, the solution will be to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 redistributable package (x86) from the microsoft's download page. Installing it in user's system should resolve the crash issue.

When you install the software, choose all options even if you don't have a license for them. Hopefully after a new install all will work ok. Best regards.

I am sorry, as you can see in the upper screenshot, i only installed the 64 bit version. When installed the 32 bit version of Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 redistributable package , it started working correctly. Thank you all for your support!
