Remove overlapping vias

I have an RF design and I am using the "Place/Via Array" tool. In some parts it is doing this:

When I click on "DRC/Update" it does not even mark them as an issue. I have these settings:

When I run the `dbdoctor` command, nothing happens. I guess because it is not even considering this as a DRC.

How can I remove the overlapping vias or at least show a DRC where they occur?

    Hello

    you try like this.
Turn on SameNetSpacing, then move the via array by picking point (ix 0, 0) and then (0, 0).

    Best regards,
