Remove overlapping vias

I have an RF design and I am using the "Place/Via Array" tool. In some parts it is doing this:

When I click on "DRC/Update" it does not even mark them as an issue. I have these settings:

When I run the `dbdoctor` command, nothing happens. I guess because it is not even considering this as a DRC.

How can I remove the overlapping vias or at least show a DRC where they occur?

    After a decade of using Allegro at a PADS company (translation causes 2 to 30 vias to be coincident.  Horrifying), I owe DavidE coffee and a steak dinner.   The skill utility can be found in this thread along with a discussion of how to deploy it.

    Hello all, it looks like you could do with a check for such mistakes... never fear, I got you covered!

    So there is a check for duplicate overlapping vias in the form of duplicate drill hole checks.

    I just retested this here to be sure.

    Please open the Analysis Modes form and in General checks you find it as shown below;

    On a demo design I snapped two through-hole gnd vias in an overlap scenario shown below.

    Please note you will make the DRC flag visible using the "through" drc category.

    Hope this helps!
