After converting a PADS ASCII PCB using Allegro PCB Editor 25.1, component information such as reference designators will be lost, and the Options Dialog will not pop up during the conversion process.

Recently, I need to convert a PADS PCB design file into Allegro PCB Editor 25.1. I have tried many times and found that all component information is lost after conversion, including reference designators, component values, and some individual nets.
In addition, during the conversion process, the Options Dialog that used to pop up in Allegro 16.6 never appears in the new 25.1 version. I frequently performed PADS PCB to Allegro PCB conversions in 16.6 before and never encountered such issues.
Has anyone run into the same problem?
BTW, after the PCB conversion is completed, all component reference designators in the PCB have turned into #REFDES.

Hello  Zhifeng Jin, In the “PADS In” dialog, there is an option called “Show Options Dialog.” Have you checked this option?

Hi SaiPavanl,I have found a solution to the problem where all reference designators display as #REFDES. However, the Show Options dialog fails to pop up consistently in version 25.1, which prevents us from configuring the relevant conversion options,

Do you know why the Show Options dialog box fails to pop up in version 25.1?

If this is an issue, can anyone assist with submitting a CCR? Thank you!
