How does constraint inheritance work in Constraint Manager hierarchy, and when do overrides occur?

Constraints follow a hierarchical structure (Design > Net Class > Bus > Net > Pin Pair), where rules defined at lower levels take precedence over those at higher levels. For instance, a rule applied at the net level will override a corresponding net-class rule.
