How would you debug a scenario where a net shows incorrect propagation delay despite correct ECSet assignment?

I am also experiencing a clearance issue where my custom spacing constraints set (cset) is being ignored. Allegro 17.4 is applying a different clearance rule, but I can’t locate where the override is happening . In 17.4 constraint manager interface how can o audit a specific net to see the exact hierarchy of applied rules (global vs class vs region) and find out what is overriding my cset?

Use Show Constraints (Display > Constraints) or right‑click on the net to view the resolved rule and identify which hierarchy level is overriding the CSet.

Check within Constraint Manager (right‑click > Show Constraints or Tools > Constraint Audit) to analyze conflicts and review detailed reports.

Remember the hierarchy (Region > Net Class > Net > Global); if the net passes through a region, its rules will override the assigned CSet.
