Allegro script runs fine in the SKILL interpreter window, fails when running from the Allegro Command line

This is a small piece of my SKILL script. It simply replays an Allegro script

axlCmdRegister("mcadsoldermask" 'MCADsoldermask ?cmdType "interactive" )

procedure( MCADsoldermask()

axlShell( "replay ./ReplacePadstack.scr" )

);procedure

Below is the Allegro script that is called

version 17.2
setwindow pcb
trapsize 3095
replace padstack
setwindow form.mini
FORM mini oldname NPIN1929
FORM mini newname NPIN1929_SMASK
FORM mini replace
setwindow pcb
prepopup rel 0.0000 0.0000
done

When I run the script in the SKILL interpreter window, it works fine. Replace Padstack updates the padstacks.

When I run the script from the Allegro Command Line, it fails.

It executes the Replace Padstack command fine

When it calls "FORM mini oldname NPIN1929" I get the error message "Form field label not found"

Can anyone please help me?
