Constraint setup via TCL in ASC?

I need to do a manual process for each schematic: Electrical Analysis -> Constraint Manager -> Edit -> a window popup (the screenshot) -> Tools -> Options and check the items below:

I found it is not a global setting so I need to set this one by one.

I'd like to know is there any command/script can handle this? I just find cnsmgr to open the window but can not manipulate the choice.

Or another way, if ASC has a config file just like OrCAD's Capture.ini? Maybe I can set them in this kind of file.
