ERROR (SPDWSRV-000502): Unable to authenticate because the connection to https://pcb.cadence.com/unifiedsearch failed. Check that the server is up and running.

Hello World,

while using the unified search i get an error while login : ERROR (SPDWSRV-000502): Unable to authenticate because the connection to pcb.cadence.com/unifiedsearch failed. Check that the server is up and running..

I have checked my Pulse is running and even restarted the pulse, still it shows the same error.

how can i resolve this?

    Hi to all,

    i have similar issue with search providers function. It does not work, but the error is: SPDWSRV-000510 “Connection Timed Out".

    I have found 504 - connection timed out error when simple type: pcb.cadence.com at any of my browsers installed on my PC. I see the same error even when I use my phone. It means, it is not blocked by my office network.

    Morevoer ping to 54.239.192.66 work pretty fine

    Do you have any suggestions, how to resolve this issue?
