Allegro X Capture 23.10.006 causes Mouse to Jump to Top or Bottom of Screen when using "I" or Ctrl+mouse Wheel Zoom Input Command

Folks,

Has anybody experienced the Cadence Allegro X version 23.10.006 exhibit the following behavior?  When viewing any schematic and I want to zoom to a specific area of the schematic, whether I use the "I" shortcut key command or hold the Ctrl key and use the mouse wheel to zoom in or out, the mouse cursor drops to either the top or bottom of the screen.  Version 17.40 did not have this problem, but it seems that version 23.10 does.  It is not a show stopper, but a bit of a pain in the ... everytime I want to zoom in on some aspect of a schematic.

Is this a driver issue, a "quirk" with Cadence's schematic Capture, what?

Which version of the Windows you are using, Is it Win 11 24h2?

Also Can you try de-selecting Grid References from View > Grid References in OrCAD Capture?

    Hi,

Yes that worked!  Is this something about Windows 11, 24H2?  BTW, I am not sure what "Grid References" actually is suppose to do for the user.  It seems kind of useless relative to what I normally do.

Jeet I'm facing the same issue where my cursor jumps to top of the screen only while zooming in. No issues when zooming out.

The Grid reference setting above did not resolve the issue for me.

    I'm on Win 11 23H2, Capture 22.1

Can you please help resolve this issue?
