Repeated Delete and Move commands

I've recently migrated to 22.1 from 17.4, and some things are not working the way I'd like. The most annoying seems to be the loss of a repeated move or delete command.

In 17.4 and earlier, if I selected Move from the right mouse pop-up menu, I was in move command until I changed commands, hit <ESC> or hit right mouse pop-up -> Done. Now, I get one move and it automatically reverts back to waiting for another command. If I want to move multiple objects, I have to keep selecting Move before every object.

Delete is similar. Back in 17.4, I got a single delete if I used the right mouse pop-up, but typing Del in the command window would keep me in delete mode until I terminated the command.

I'm sure there's a command or attribute to get me back to the way 17.4 operated, but I'll be darned if I can find it. Something similar to copy repeat. Can anyone help?

Thanks.

Try disabling 'Enable Pre-select mode' in Tools > Options in DE-HDL

After disabling, click on Apply and then OK.

Now apply Del command in console window, it will keep deleting components on select until you terminate the command by ESC or RMB > Done.

    Hope it helps!

Thanks. I didn't realize this was on after the upgrade. I must have looked at this a dozen times and never noticed it was checked! I guess you see what you want instead of what's there...
