Crosshatch shape problem

Hi all,

I am using Orcad PCB editor 16.0   In my board I need to put  hatch plane on top layer connected to GND. I am able to draw hatch shape with proper net name. But, after  I observed that it's overlapping on all the pads. Its not taking pad clearence even i set the constraint manager and global shape parameter. I am getting lot of errors since all the pads are shorted with shape.

and one more thing is that its not getting thermal relief  for related pads.

what could be the wrong in this case?

thanks

prasanna
