Unused Pad deletion

Is there a way to deleted unused pads on a given layer other than during gerber generation?

I have a dual row 50 pin connector and am routing high voltage routes through pins and am getting DRC's.  I'd like to verfy that when the pad is removed that I am not voilating my net spacing constraint.

Modify the local padstack for that pin to null out the pads.  I prefer this method over the gerber method since it's WYSIWYG

We talked about doing that, but 50 pins on 2 connectors, and the routing varies form one signal layer to another... a lot of work, was hoping there was an easier way :)

    Thanks for the suggestion.

For clarity here two pictures, DRC's are waved:

Try Setup - Unused Pads Suppression if you are on SPB16.2. Use the "HOLE" suite of checks in Constraint Manger to ensure the traces maintain a proper spacing to the edge of the hole.

when in the design itself, from the tools menu you can go to padstack – modify design padstack—then click on the pad you want to change and edit, this way you can modify the padstack for either this design only or for any further designs which this padstack is called up in.
