¿how can i print the artworks? (the final step to make a board)

hi, i'm having trouble to make the final transparent films for making the boards. i've tryed to do it two different ways. First i've tryed with the plot option in the file menu, but it doesn't work because both layers (top and bottom) are plotted. then i've tryed with the artwork option in the manufacture menu. i've created the artwork for the top layer, but now i don't know how to plot it. Once created I've tryed to import it to my original design but both (the original and the artwork design) were in the same page. so i'd like to know how to do for printing the artwork after it's created.
