How to toggle between original & relative grid

Hi all,

I have to rout a BGA socket in pcb. I want to make a relative grid with respect to the pins of & the pitch of BGA because it is very hard to rout from exact centre of to pad of BGA . Is there a way to make this relative grid and then toggle between both grids.

Best Regards

Parden me for asking a dumb question but why is anyone routing on a grid? Correct me if I am wrong but if you route on a grid you are not using constraints, right?  I route through all sizes of BGA's with a .001mm all the time.  If you set your constraints correctly, there is no problems that I can see.  Am I missing something here or just old habits?
