How to create and edit vias in pcb editor?? can somebody help me plz...

    There is a stand-alone software called PAD Designer that is found under pcb editor utilities that will create pad files for you. Once you have created the padstack, save it at your padpath location, then add it to the physcial rule (PCS) in constraint manager. Once in a design you can edit padstacks using tools - padstack - modify design padstack (which launches pad designer).
