a problem with design size when plotting the design.

hi,i'm having troubles with a board design. The pads sizes and spaces are right but when i print the board, everything is a bit smaller.        I show you some captures where you can see my design parameters (if you can't see it right, click to zoom):

here you can see the grid setup (the  cells are separated 0.05 inches): img36.imageshack.us/.../clipboard01ocr.jpg

here the package of the component (pitch  is 0.1 inches so it's two cells):  img14.imageshack.us/.../clipboard02vwg.jpg

and here are the plot parameters:      img17.imageshack.us/.../clipboard01fjd.jpg

¿why the size footprint doesn't match with the component when i plot the design?

i hope i had explained it right: the design is printed a little smaller than it would be, even when the parameters are right.

or could it be because of the top and bottom grid settings? here is a capture srcreenshot: http://img257.imageshack.us/img257/4268/clipboard01jkq.jpg

i only establish the non-etch grid settings because i thought it was the only one that affects my design.

it's not because of the grid settings. I tyed changin all spaces to 0.1 but the result was the same.

i'm real frustrated, i don't know how to solve that problem, i have the board perfectly drawed but now when i print it is a little bit smaller. if i print a component of 20 inches long, when i print it and i measure it the size is for about 19.7inches long.

i finally solved it setting the scale to 1.03. It's the only way.

Something is wrong with your plotter.  Mine is 1:1 at 100% scale.
