Thermal relief clearance

I was wondering if anybody knows what the IPC recommended clearance is for a thermal relief around pads.  Thanks!

    at the pcbmatrix website http://www.pcbmatrix.com/Downloads/GeneralDocuments.asp

    the padstacks document contains the IPC-7251 Padstack Charts (locked).xls that has the recommended padstack parameters for all 3 levels (most, nominal, least) of padstacks

    created by PCB Matrix using IPC-2221 IPC-7251 PTH Padstack table for levels A, B, C
