    Time for a few tests...

Firstly, please confirm that you do actually have the ImageMagick, Potrace and Makebitmap utilities loaded in the folders you specified.

Another silly question: "AllegroSite" in your path isn't referring to a variable is it? Your system variables snapshot indicate that you have a folder named, literally, D:\AllegroSite (this is a bit strange). A more likely variable name might be "D:\%AllegroSite%\potrace"

Please run the utility then quit out. Let me know the result of running each of these commands at the command console:-

    1. skill isDir("D:/AllegroSite")
    2. skill isDir("D:/AllegroSite/potrace")
    3. skill isDir("D:/AllegroSite/ImageMagick")
    4. skill logoMaker_potracePath
    5. skill logoMaker_MagickConvertEXE
    6. skill magickHome = getShellEnvVar("MAGICK_HOME")
    7. skill isFile(strcat(magickHome, "/convert.exe"))
    8. skill sprintf(cmd, "%s/mkbitmap -v", logoMaker_potracePath)skill axlRunBatchDBProgram("makebitmap", cmd, ?noUnload t, ?silent t, ?noProgress t)
    9. skill sprintf(cmd, "%s/potrace -v", logoMaker_potracePath)
    10. skill axlRunBatchDBProgram("potrace", cmd, ?noUnload t, ?silent t, ?noProgress t)

    Regards, Dave
