Drill hole and layer size mismatch

 Hello everyone

I am using Cadence OrCAD 15.7.

When i  generate the gerber files and then try to see them on GC preview, i find that there is a mismatch in the spacing for different layers and drill hole. I am indeed setting both for 1:1 scale.

I am using PCB Editor

Kindly suggest what might be the possible settings that need to be corrected.

I am trying to find the solution from last one week or so. i have infact tried to reinstall the software but still its not working.

I have also attached the details of the options that i am selecting for drill and art file generation.

If you are viewing files in GC Prevue, make sure that the NC Parameters set in PCB Editor and GC Prevue match. ie NC Parameters set to Format 2 3 need to match in GC Prevue when you import the drill files.
