Constraint manager in Free Physical Viewer v16.3

I'm using the Allegro Free Physical Viewer version 16.3 on Windows XP 64 bit.   I am following these steps from the online documentation PDF:

Generating a Constraint Report
1. Run the cns_show command.
2. Click on a single object to select it.
-or-
Drag a window around a pair of objects to select them.
The Show Constraints window appears with the constraint information for the object or
pair of objects you selected.
3. In the Constraint Hierarchy table, click the blue colored text in a Location cell to jump
to the object in the design window.
4. In the Constraint Hierarchy table, click the blue colored text in any of the object cells to
open the corresponding worksheets in Constraint Manager.

When I try step 4, the Constraint Manager does not open and I get the following error messages in the Command window:

E- Command not found: _cmgr
E- Can't find window; cmgr
E- Command not found: _cm disableFetchAll
E- Command not found: _cm newView ( worksheet 78: 94: 95: 96: )
E- Command not found: _cmgr_xprobe highlight net XMC_PER_P_4

Any help?  My goal is to look at all the constrains for the design using the Free Physical Viewer.  Is this possible?

You will need to contact a Cadence Sales Office, or Cadence Channel Partner. The Part Number is PX3600, Allegro Physical Viewer. It is also included with the Allegro Front End Suites, PS2000 Design Authoring (HDL), or PS2010 Design Entry CIS, specifically for cases where the physical layout is carried out by an external design house.
