Is it possible to draw schematics based on netlist?

We have the license for an old version of ORCAD, which is good enought for the small designs that we currently develop, both in wiring schematics and PCB design (using Layout Plus). Now we need to draw schematics for which the only information we have are the node list (given in Excel spreadsheet). We can convert the spreadsheet into a netlis. My question is: Is there a way to draw an schematic based on the netlist? I mean to draw the schematic positioning the components linked as defined in the netlist the same as we do when designing a PCB.
