how to automatically update <RevCode> and <Doc> in Orcad?

Can someone show me how to update <RevCode> and <Doc> in the title box in Orcad automatically?

I am trying to avoid doing it sheet by sheet.

Thanx!

     From the project manager...Edit->Browse->Title Blocks

    Spreadsheet form of title blocks shows up.  Columns can be edited.

    Ctrl-Insert = Copy

    Shift-Insert = Paste

    (note: these are ancient DOS predecessors to Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V)

    If you highlight the column you can paste the entire column at once using these keys

    Thanks, but I was referring to OrCad schematic capture software.

     Yes. Those are the steps for OrCAD.  Project Manager just refers to the window where you can see all of the schematic sheets.  There is an icon to help beginners find this window.

    Thanx for the reply.

    This is where it gets tricky.  In my case, each page of the schematics was done by different engineers.  When all the pages were merged, I needed to re-annotate the whole schematics.

    When I clicked on the <title box> tab, not only the native (instance) title box attributes show up, the occurance (yellow highlighted columns) attributes show up as well.  I was looking for a way that I can modify <RevCode> and <Doc> in one shot.  Had I known this issue, I would have pass my original template to everyone before each engineer started working on them.

    So, can I still fix this problem?

    Thanks!

    Sounds like you're doing a different method than the one I stated.  If you right click on the project schematic it'll act the way you're seeing.  Try my method instead. :)  Faster and cleaner.

    You might be able to just use the Design Cache and replace all title blocks with your correct one and then edit all instances...

    Lots of ways to skin this cat...
