Changing the component layer

I cant seem to find the answer to a problem im having with one of my designs in pcb editor, but how do i change the layer that a component footprint is on? While every other component is sitting on layer 'TOP', i would like one of the other components to be on layer 'BOTTOM' so that it can be mounted on the bottom of my pcb.

Is this possible?

Select the component.  Right mouse click and select mirror to move a component from top to bottom or bottom to top.
