.4mm pitch BGA

First time using .4mm pitch BGA's. Please share some of your via setup and routing stratagies.

Currently I have it setup with a 12/6 via in pad with 2.5 mil traces internal and 3.5 mil spacing to drilled hole.

Still trying to figure out how to make PWR/GND plane fill between vias.
