Ratsnest minimization length

Hi

I am a new user of orcadpcb and would like to know if it is possible to minimize the length of the ratsnest during the placement of a component and not after it is placed.

    Is there an option setting for making the ratsnest 100% straight all the time? I am seeing often that some of the rats zig-zag off the origin and destination pin and this can sometimes be visually confusing.
