I am using default text block sizes for reference designator silkscreen.

In your experience, can all board houses all print text block 1, which is 16x25?

    I guess it depends what you mean by "print", if you mean "silk screen printing", that would almost certainly be "none" since silk screen details are typically 8Mil, 0.2mm, or 10Mil, 0.25mm, as a minimum, and the text lines need to fit "in the text block", 2x8=16, so two lines would merge and not be text. For the default text blocks, 1 and 2 would probably be reserved for any text in copper, maybe other "free text" in the design that is not printed, and, at least, text block 3 used for any text intended for silk screen.
