Pin name rotate with component

Hi, I have a newbie question.

Is there a way to set pin numbers to rotate with the component?

Also is there a way to change the text of net names on pads?

    The Package Geometry - Pin number is turn on.  But for me when I rotate a part the pin numbers don't.

    And for the net name I was referring to changing the text size and font not the name.  I have to zoom in very close to read the net names.
