Diff pair gap report

My PCB file is not responding, while genarating Diff pair gap report from Allegro-Tools-Qick report. But other PCB files are opening immediately.How to get my Diff pair gap report?

    Open the board file that doesn't work and try a Tools - Database Check, check the boxes and click on Check. Once complete click on Viewlog to see if anything was resolved. Then try again....

    i checked database and verified the view log. It shows no error. again i tried DIff gap report, facing the same issue again. i enabled first 2 options only in Database check. Disbled "Reganrate Xnet" property check box.

    OK - What exact version of software are you running from Help - About, if its the latest its 16.6-2015 S064. If yours says 16.6 P00x then that's the base release so get the latest hotfix from Cadence \ Channel Partner

    I am using 16.6 S050. i can able to ganarate same report some other pcb file using the same version.
