Diff pair gap report

My PCB file is not responding, while genarating Diff pair gap report from Allegro-Tools-Qick report. But other PCB files are opening immediately.How to get my Diff pair gap report?

    yes, i tried Drawing summary report, etch length report.  Its working fine. but it tooks few seconds delay to show the report.

    OK - Can you try running the report from Tools - Reports, then select the Diff Gap report, does it run from there ? If not check the cross section setup to ensure this is set accurately as well as the actual diff pair settings in CM. (try comparing it to the board that works). You can also try copying the board locally to a temp folder to make sure there's not a network issue.
