Unable to place component using ICA

Hello,

After setting a local database, I would like to be able to add component from the Internet Component Database (ICA).

First issue, when I click the ICA tab, an empry pop-up opens, there is no error code or message, just the following pop-up:

After clicking OK and the Go/ICA Home Page, I'm able to search for a part as expected until I chose one:

I can't see any Schematic Image  and I get a WARNING(ORCIS-6085) when trying to place the part:

Can anyone explain me how to solve those issues ?

    If you have a "new" part that is like an existing part, you can "derive" a database part to get running and fill in the database details down the line. For a "new, new" part, you would need to edit the database to add the details. If you have any form of enterprise manufacturing system, it is usually possible to get data from it to seed the database, then the Schematic Part ad PCB Footprint properties need to be added to make it useful for designs.
