Unconnected Pins Report says through hole in pad not connected to plane

I am using Orcad PCB Editor V17.2.  I have a symbol for a LFCSP with an exposed pad and the pad has 4 holes in it.  On the schematic, the pad is connected to ground, and it can be clearly seen it the 3D view that the holes are indeed there and connect to the ground plane.  However, the Unconnected Pins Report shows those pads as unconnected.  Viewing the rat, I see it going from the center of the pad to a nearby ground via.  Anyone have any thoughts?

Thanks!

It does not get connected because you do not have a Regular Pad feature on the internal layers
