Renaming multiple signal names in Design Entry HDL 16.6

I have a few signals that I need to change part of the name of each signal. The signals are currently named J3_PIN_1, J3_PIN_2 ... up to J3_PIN_108. I need to replace the "J3" part of the name with "P4."

Since its over a hundred signal names I was hoping there would be a quick way to do this as a batch job with something like Find/Replace tools in other software. So far I've been searching and came up with nothing. Is there an easy way to do this in Design Entry HDL or do I need to manually edit each individual name?

Thanks,

Rui
